Our computer controlled CNC lathe allows us to remove as little as one thousandths of an inch of material from the face of the wheel if needed.
With this precise equipment we are able to repair damage to wheels that have a machined finish on their faces and leave them with fresh lathe lines just like the original finish had.
After the machining process, we then send the wheels through our wash and pre-treatment station to prepare them for a durable powder clear coat application and curing in our oven.

Many wheels with minor curb damage can be successfully repaired without removing them from the vehicle or removing the tire from the wheel.

BENT WHEEL STRAIGHTENING
Sometimes the impact of a pothole or other road hazard will cause a wheel to be bent out of round. This will cause vibrations while driving and accelerated wear on tires, shocks and other vehicle components.
With careful precision, Prince Wheel Services is able to slowly pull out the bends in alloy wheels with a combination of heat and hydraulics. Our wheel straightening equipment and techniques allow us the capability of bringing a bent wheel back to within +/- 5 thousandths of an inch of being perfectly true.
WELD CRACK IN WHEEL
Occasionally the impact from a pothole will bend a wheel to the point that it will crack. Sometimes after it cracks the wheel will pop back into shape leaving only the crack. Other times the wheel will remain bent and cracked.
Either way, as long as the crack starts on the back edge of the wheel and travels in towards the barrel, we can typically weld it with our TIG welder and get you back on your way.
