Shipping & Handling


Packaging & Handling Charges

As of February 2021, our packaging and handling charge will increase to $7.50 per wheel and $30 per set of 4. This is due to our need to increase the amount of packaging due to shipping companies mishandling and damaging shipments.


This fee is applied to all wheels that are shipped out of our facility via a third-party shipping company.


Wheels are packaged in double-walled, reinforced new boxes with tubular foam protecting the lip of the wheel.


Shipping Charges

We offer to return-ship packages via our FexEx account and add the actual shipping charges to your bill.


FedEx automatically applies $100.00 per box insurance; However, many clients feel that increasing the insurance to $500.00 per box is worth the extra cost involved.


Clients are welcome to ship to and from our facility with any shipper they choose. You may email individual shipping labels for us to print and attach to the boxes or we can load boxes onto a pallet for shipping.


Shipping Highlights

​Before you ship your wheels to us, we ask that your send us an email with photos of your wheels in their current condition. We can email a quote and answer any questions you might have regarding our services, scheduling and lead time between the initiation and completion of a production process.


We recommend that you dismount the tires as the weight drastically adds to the shipping.


We cannot fix face bends on most wheels. If you are concerned about a possible bend on the face (front side) of your wheel, please email us photos to discuss.


16 Wheel boxes/4 sets fit on a pallet. We do occasionally receive & return ship more per pallet but that will increase the risk of damage on return.​


​Freight transport vehicles for pallets MUST have a liftgate or pallet jack. We do not have a forklift or shipping dock.


​For cost calculations, our shipping address is a business address.


Technicians are available to accept shipments Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 (excluding major holidays). Do not authorize shipping companies to leave packages outside of those business hours.
